This edition contains all of OSHA's updates through January 15, 2024. The updates include the following:

(a) The annual revision of the civil penalty amounts.

(b) Updates to the electronic recordkeeping requirements in 1904 Subpart E:   (1) Requiring establishments with 100 or more employees — in certain designated industries — to electronically submit information from their OSHA Forms 300 and 301 to OSHA once a year.   (i) These are specifically mentioned in the new Appendix B.   (ii) Establishments are now required to include their company name when making electronic submissions.
