§941.822 — Special performance standards — operations in alluvial valley floors Part 822 of this chapter, Special Permanent Program Performance Standards — Operations in Alluvial Valley Floors, shall apply to any person who conducts surface coal mining and reclamation operations on alluvial valley floors.
