§762.14 — Applicability to lands designated as unsuitable by Congress Pursuant to appropriate petitions, lands listed in §761.11 of this chapter are subject to designation as unsuitable for all or certain types of surface coal mining operations under this part and parts 764 and 769 of this chapter.
