§385.1003 —
Definitions
As used in this subpart:
Agency Official
means the FMCSA employee with delegated authority under this subpart.
Registration
means the registration required under 49 U.S.C. 13902,
49 CFR part 365

Reincarnated or
affiliated motor carriers
means motor carriers with common ownership, common management, common control or common familial relationship.
